Sound familiar?
You’re living with complex chronic conditions (e.g. hypermobility, arthritis or pain) and haven’t found a team that really listens and understands your unique needs.
You’ve tried group fitness sessions before but feel overwhelmed by the noise, lights and big groups of people
You’ve heard Pilates would be good for you but a group Reformer class just doesn’t feel like it’s targeting what you need
You’ve tried to get moving before but felt that your concerns and fears were dismissed, so you just ended up feeling worse and didn’t stick with it long term.
You know that movement will be good for your mental health, but haven’t found a community that you feel safe and supported in.
Your persistent pain and niggles have become worse after years of just pushing through.
What makes us different?
“It’s your programming - tailored to your individual needs, never boring, always just the right amount of challenge”
“The fact that you can train online”

Expanding your movement options
Working towards your personal goals
Building trust with your body by exploring those scary movements or positions with our support
Taking up MORE space
Discovering all the different ways your body can move
If you would like to move in a space where:
your body is respected exactly as it is
there’s no pressure to strive for a “perfect” way of moving
you won’t hear talk about shrinking yourself or getting “bikini body ready”
…then we would love to support you at AOK Keep Moving.
Our Pilates studio is fully equipped with equipment from Legacy Pilates and E5Sense - so you can play with more than the Reformer!
How to join…
Before joining Small Group Sessions all members participate in at least TWO Private sessions. You’ll meet with us so we can get to know you better and…
Discuss your past movement/training (don’t worry if it’s your first time - we love a newbie!)
Find out about your goals, and the things you love to do
Find out about any injuries, or areas of concern for you
Introduce you to our Pilates equipment (some handmade here in Perth!)
Take you through some movement to learn more about you & your body
Book you in for your next Private Training session
After this initial session we will create your personalised Small Group Training program. In your second private session where we will take you through this program so that you can join the groups with confidence.
Please note - if you would like to claim your Small Group Training sessions with Private Health please book your Initial Session with a Physiotherapist or Senior Physiotherapist
How do the groups work?
When you enter the studio, head up the stairs and grab your program from the file.
Your program will include exercises on multiple pieces of equipment, so you always have options to be working on.
Everyone is at different stages of their training journey, so you will see many versions of the same exercise happening in the room, how cool is that?
When you’ve finished on your first piece of equipment, wipe it down and move to the next area to keep working through your program.
As you get stronger and more confident we will slowly add to your program to help you keep making progress.
If a new issue arises, you would like to add a chunk of new exercises (for example on a new piece of equipment), or you would like a little extra 1:1 time, you can book in a Private session with any of your teachers.
