    Private Pilates

    Be supported in a Private session with your Pilates Teacher. Sessions are 100% tailored to your needs and goals.

    2x Private Session: $220 (inc gst) - only valid as induction sessions for Small Group Training sessions

  • Clinical Pilates

    Each session, run by experienced Physiotherapists and comprehensively qualified Pilates teachers, is designed for people managing chronic pain, fatigue, injuries, or just wanting a more mindful, guided approach to movement.

    It’s ideal for people who want to build strength, improve movement, and feel more at ease in their body without needing a big gym or fast-paced class.

    Small Group Training

    Our Small Group Training sessions are held in our fully equipped studio, with more fun equipment than just a Reformer!

    The individual programming is based on your personal goals and includes a combination of Classical Pilates, strength, mobility, balance and task-specific training.

    Our Pilates Teachers love to support new and soon-to-be Mums through their pregnancy journey and beyond.
