We believe that being transparent about our prices is part of providing informed financial consent.

Our pricing is structured to ensure the sustainability of our small business. This includes being able to support our team with regular external professional development, plus the necessary breaks and space to not only avoid burnout, but also to be present, calm and focussed with every member they care for.

  • Initial Sessions (50mins contact time)

    • with Physio - $185

    • with Senior Physio - $245

    Long follow-up session (50 mins)

    • with Physio - $165

    • with Senior Physio - $210

    Medium follow-up session (40 mins)

    • with Physio - $150

    Short follow-up session (25 mins)

  • After your 2x Onboarding Private sessions with either our Pilates Teachers or Physios, the following weekly memberships are available:

    • 1x weekly - $60

    • 2x weekly - $90

  • 21-Day Pilates Intro Pack - $199

    Pilates with any of our Physios will be be billed as a Physio session - please see above for prices.

  • At our studio in Bibra Lake

    Dance Screening + Recommendations (60 mins)

    • with Physio - $185

    • with Senior Physio - $245

    Pre-Pointe Assessment only (40 mins)

    • with Physio - $150

    • with Senior Physio - $175

    Pre-Pointe Assessment + Recommendations (60 mins)

  • Plan Managed participants

    • Sessions with Physio can be billed directly to plan managers at the current NDIS hourly rate.

    • Senior Physio’s are currently at capacity with plan-managed participants.

    Independently Managed participants

    • Must pay on the day of service for any service provided, and can then claim their funding with the invoice provided.

    • Can book with either Physio or Senior Physio, however please note - the Senior Physio rate is above the current NDIS funding available per hour and you will therefore incur an out of pocket expense.

  • Our team are able to provide supporting evidence and reports.

    Reports are billed at $250 per hour of service provided.

  • We do accept GP Chronic Disease Management Plans for private sessions with our Phyio’s and Senior Physio’s.

    Full payment for the service must be provided on the day, and your medicare claim will then be processed into the bank account you have nominated with medicare.

    The current medicare rebate for all sessions is $61.80.

    However if you have passed your medicare threshold for the year you may be eligible for a rebate of 80% of the cost of the service.

    Please note that it is a requirement from Medicare that members cannot use funding from a chronic disease management plan as well as private health insurance for the same service.

  • We require 24hrs notice for any cancellations either via email, phone or text.

    Any cancelations received with less than 24hrs notice will incur the full fee of the service.

    • If you are brand new to AOK Keep Moving

    • If you are moving to a new practitioner for ongoing care

    • If you have new issue PLUS haven’t had a session with us in more than 6 months

    • If you haven’t had a session with us in more than 12 months

  • We have limited capacity to support WorkCover clients.

    Unfortunately we are unable to support those utilising DVA funding.
