Injury Prevention Education & Programs in Perth
While the immediate goal is reducing pain, increasing mobility, and reducing any worries or fears you have about your injury we also focus on injury prevention.
Our injury prevention programs may include gym-based exercise, pilates, or small group training, plus recommendations for any modification or changes to your training so that you can keep safely participating without making things worse. In our sessions, we’ll support you to gradually lift heavier loads and introduce safe versions of impact to stimulate bone formation and strengthen the surrounding muscles.
