We have an 18-year old cat/fur baby.
I used to be able to kill a cactus, but now we have 24 indoor plants - mostly thriving!

Often mums shift their focus away from themselves and I like to create an environment where it is just about you - your body and mind. I hope to help you find an hour in your busy schedule where someone listens to you in an environment where you can move freely and without worries. I hope you leave the studio feeling amazing. I want you to be yourself.

I aim to create a safe and judge-free environment for movers to explore your body and rediscover what you are capable of! For new mums, I want to educate you and to provide the space so you can prioritise your physical and mental health - leaving you empowered, more patient with yourself, proud and kind towards your own body and the changes you’ve been through.

I am married with 2 kids, 11 year old Austin and 9 year old Neave and we have a 13 year old Black Labrador
I love to travel and lived overseas on my early 20s. These days, its more camping than overseas but during the school holidays we often head off to make some memories!
In a previous life I worked in admin management before a career change after discovering the world of Pilates

Having grown up with back issues and often being in some level of pain and discomfort, I found Pilates as an adult which had great results in reducing my pain. I was then inspired by my Physio/Pilates teacher to want to be able to teach Pilates and help other people. I hope to be able to help people to feel strong support them through their journey.

I make sure I get my own Pilates sessions in, I attend a gym and do weights and boxing. I like to get outside and go for a walk with my dog and kids. I make sure I have time for coffee and chats with friends which is always good for the soul!

I love supporting people of all ages with musculoskeletal pain and injuries, with a particular passion for dancers, performers, and active individuals who want to move better and with confidence.

When I was 16 I moved to Wellington and trained at the New Zealand School of Dance in Ballet.
I have a French bulldog named Boston.
I absolutely love watching musical theatre and I am often listening to musicals in my car!

I became a physio because, as a full-time dancer, I experienced firsthand how powerful good physio support can be. Having someone in my corner who understood my body, my goals, and my pain made a huge difference, and now I am committed to provide that support to others. Additionally, I’m passionate about movement and love supporting and helping people move better.

I’m a big reader, especially fantasy novels. If there’s a magical world, dragons, and a bit of enemies to lovers, I’m probably interested! I also love musical theatre and can happily spend hours listening to cast recordings, at the moment I am loving Hadestown and Beetlejuice.

I usually reach for a good book. If I’m not reading, there’s a good chance I’m watching a TV or movie adaptation of whatever book I’m currently obsessed with! A gentle nature stroll with my dog is also one of my favourite ways to recharge.

I remember constantly being in pain as a child when I was dancing. Getting support from my Physio and Podiatrist was really inspiring. Having them on my team, helping me to understand my pain was a game-changer…now I work to provide the same kind of support for you.

I genuinely like being a helper. As evidence by my crumpled top in my photo. Right before this photo was taken, I was cuddling the gym owner’s sleeping baby boy so his Mumma could train. I like to lend a hand and the diversity this brings to my role makes it really enjoyable. I am also curious about people’s lives and experiences. This in turn, leads me to ‘how can I make this better for them?’.

*I am a florist by trade. My career began 19 years ago when I got burnt out at a corporate job and walked into a florist shop to find out how to do that instead. I aced my studies and fell in love with all things flowers. Flowers have afforded me the opportunity to be part of many people’s special moments in life and that is a real honour for me.

*I am the proud Mumma-Bear to two really great humans and one scruffy Schnoodle. My kids are twins – one boy, one girl – and they have taught me more about myself and how I want to show up in the world than anything else ever has. -
I aim to make the process of dealing with an Allied health service a little smoother and a little less daunting. We support a wide range of patients here in the clinic with varying communication needs. I hope to make sure they all feel heard and supported. No question is too silly. Need an invoice? Moving an appointment? App support? I am your gal!
