Our light-filled, thoughtfully designed clinic in Bibra Lake is now open to like-minded allied health professionals looking to rent space (without the hustle of a big, sterile medical centre or the awkwardness of a shared waiting room).
We’ve created a space that feels calm, warm, and welcoming for both you and your clients.

When you rent a room at our clinic space you’ll get access to the following:
Fully modern furnished, light-filled, and sound-insulated private consulting room
Furniture includes desk, comfortable chairs, and warm soft furnishings
Reliable wifi connection
Styled to feel more like a calm retreat space than a traditional clinic room
Dimmable lights for those with light sensitivities
Air Conditioning so you’ll have temperature control
No strong scents - we don’t use any scents in our cleaning products to avoid sensory overwhelm
You’ll also have access to:
A comfortable shared waiting area in our on-site Cafe, The Kind Life & Co.
Kitchenette and staff area
Parking available (8 car bays including 1 ACROD bay)
Cleaning included
Flexible rental options (full days or half days)
Personal use of our in-house gym, sauna and ice-bath at Athlete X
