Does this sound familiar?

  • Your persistent pain and niggles have become worse after years of sitting at a desk or working long hours

  • You’re finding it hard to do what you love – weekend bush walks, social bike rides or keeping up with your friends and family

  • You’ve tried quick fixes like medications and injections, but no one gave you a long-term sustainable plan to keep you moving

  • You’re frustrated without results. You’re tired of being told to stop exercising and bouncing from specialist to specialist

  • You’ve tried to get moving before, but felt that your concerns and fears were dismissed.

  • You know that exercise will be good for your mental health, but haven’t found a community that you feel safe and supported in

We believe in a “whole person” or holistic approach to moving forward through pain and we know there are many factors at play. We created our Living With Pain Guide to share some of the low hanging fruit - things you can try today that may offer a different perspective or new approach. You can download your guide here.
