Online open studio sessions for Pilates teachers

Expand your knowledge, teach with confidence and find your community.

Each month our director Alex, facilitates an online open studio session for Pilates teachers interested in elevating their practice and client support. Whether it’s understanding how to work with clients living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia and hypermobility, or expanding your exercise repertoire, these sessions are for you.

  • 1 x  live online open studio session per month (see schedule below)

When: Fridays 12-1 pm AWST (plus a little extra time after to chat through any questions)

  • Open Studio = everyone working through their own program (no follow-the-leader vibes)

  • Classical Pilates exercise lists can be provided as a framework for your programming decisions

  • Session recording is available for 30 days for you to rewatch

  • Free for any teacher enrolled in my group mentoring. For any other teacher wanting to join: $55 single session or $299 - 6 pack (valid for 6 months)

How these open studio sessions work

We live stream these sessions from our physio and Pilates studio in Bibra Lake, WA. You can tune in from anywhere across Australia or the world.
